ARCHITECTURAL VISUALISATIONS & RENDERS
Illustrative Nature
All visualisations are artistic representations intended to communicate design intent and atmosphere. You are entitled to a maximum of 2 redesigns once the original render has generated, any further design changes will result in additional charges.
If payment isn’t made within 7 days of the invoice being sent out. Additional charges may apply.
They may include:
artistic interpretation,
indicative landscaping and materials,
simplified surroundings,
simulated lighting and weather conditions.
Final built results may differ.
Planning & Developer Use
For developers, planners, and consultants:
visuals support planning submissions, stakeholder engagement, and marketing,
designs may evolve during planning and construction,
planning approval outcomes are outside our control.
Marketing & Sales Use
Marketing imagery is created to represent the proposed development and lifestyle intent. Finishes, layouts, landscaping, and surroundings may change.
Technical Accuracy
Visuals are not construction drawings and must not be relied upon for build purposes.
Clients and contractors must verify all dimensions and specifications.
VERIFIED VIEWS & PLANNING SUBMISSIONS
Where verified views are requested:
industry-recognised methods are used,
accuracy depends on supplied drawings and site access,
seasonal and environmental factors may influence appearance
We do not guarantee planning approval decisions.
TOPOGRAPHICAL & MEASURED SURVEYS
Accuracy & Limitations
Surveys reflect site conditions at the time of inspection.
Factors affecting accuracy include:
vegetation and obstructions,
weather and access limitations,
hidden or underground features,
subsequent site changes.
Tolerances
All surveys are subject to standard tolerances inherent in equipment and methodology.
Boundaries & Legal Title
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
surveys do not define legal boundaries,
surveys do not confirm land ownership,
boundary determinations require legal survey procedures.
Third-Party Information
We are not liable for inaccuracies arising from client-supplied or third-party data.
UAV / DRONE OPERATIONS NOTICE
Where drone services are provided:
operations comply with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations,
flights are conducted safely and within permitted airspace,
operations may be restricted by weather, safety requirements, landowner permissions, or legal limitations.
Aerial imagery:
represents site conditions at time of capture,
may be subject to positional tolerances,
cannot identify hidden structural or subsurface conditions.
We are not liable for delays or limitations caused by airspace restrictions or site access constraints.
CLIENT & DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients, developers, and project partners must:
review deliverables promptly,
verify dimensions and site conditions before construction,
obtain planning and statutory approvals,
ensure compliance with building regulations and legal requirements,
notify us of discrepancies in a timely manner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draconis ArchiVision shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential losses,
loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity,
planning refusals or regulatory decisions,
construction discrepancies,
reliance on visualisations as technical drawings,
changes to site conditions after survey completion.
Total liability for any claim shall be limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All renders, images, animations, survey data, and website content remain the intellectual property of Draconis ArchiVision unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Deliverables are licensed for agreed project use only.
We reserve the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
TERMS OF SERVICE

Quotes are based on information provided and remain valid for 30 days.
Revisions
Quotes include agreed revisions. Additional revisions may incur fees.
Client Delinquencies & Delays
Project timelines depend on timely client feedback and supplied information.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of work.
Cancellation
Work completed up to cancellation is chargeable.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Draconis ArchiVision (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to any client, developer, contractor, organisation, or individual (“the Client”, “you”, “your”).
By engaging our services, issuing a purchase order, signing a quotation, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We specialise in, but are not limited to, the following services:
Architectural visualisations and renders (CGI imagery, animations, walkthroughs, marketing visuals).
2D and 3D architectural modelling.
Conceptual design visuals.
Planning and marketing imagery.
Topographical surveys, measured surveys, and site data capture.
Associated consultancy and digital production services.
All services are supplied in accordance with written quotations, proposals, or service agreements issued by the Company.
3. Quotations and Scope
3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Quotations are based on the information provided at the time. Any change in scope, drawings, specifications, or site conditions may result in additional fees.
3.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring all reference materials, CAD files, drawings, and specifications supplied are accurate and up to date.
3.4 Work outside the agreed scope will not commence without written approval.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Fees are as set out in the quotation or invoice.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Interim payments may apply for staged deliverables.
Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
4.3 Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless stated otherwise.
4.4 We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on overdue invoices.
4.5 We may suspend work where payments are overdue.
5. Revisions and Amendments
5.1 Quotations include a specified number of revision stages.
5.2 Additional revisions, design changes, or re-renders beyond the included allowance will be chargeable.
5.3 Major changes (e.g., massing, façade redesign, layout alterations) may require a full re-quote.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
Obtain all necessary planning, land, and third-party permissions.
Review deliverables promptly and provide consolidated feedback.
Ensure survey access is safe and legally permitted.
We are not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client or third parties.
7. Architectural Visualisation Disclaimer
7.1 Architectural renders are artistic and illustrative representations only.
7.2 They are produced for marketing, planning, and conceptual purposes and may not represent final built form.
7.3 Materials, lighting, landscaping, views, and surroundings may be approximated.
7.4 The Company accepts no liability for decisions, investments, or transactions made based on visualisations.
8. Topographical & Measured Surveys
8.1 Surveys are conducted using industry-standard equipment and methodologies.
8.2 While all reasonable skill and care is exercised, surveys are subject to:
Site accessibility limitations.
Obstructions (vegetation, structures, parked vehicles, etc.).
Weather and ground conditions.
Underground or concealed features not visible at time of survey.
8.3 Unless expressly agreed, surveys do not include:
Underground services tracing.
Utilities detection.
Structural integrity assessments.
Environmental or contamination analysis.
8.4 The Client must verify critical dimensions before construction, engineering, or fabrication works commence.
8.5 The Company shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from reliance on survey data without verification.
Works undertaken without professional construction drawings.
Third-party interpretation errors.
9. Accuracy Tolerances
9.1 Survey data is provided within standard professional tolerances appropriate to the equipment and brief.
9.2 Higher accuracy surveys must be requested in writing.
9.3 We accept no liability where our data is used beyond its intended purpose or tolerance class.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
10.2 Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for the agreed project and marketing purposes.
10.3 The Client may not resell, sublicense, or alter our work without written consent.
10.4 We reserve the right to display work in portfolios, marketing, social media, and awards unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
11. Third-Party Materials
Where models, drawings, or assets are supplied by third parties, we accept no liability for their accuracy, copyright status, or completeness.
12. Programme and Delivery
12.1 Delivery timelines are estimates based on current workload and information availability.
12.2 Delays caused by late information, feedback, or approvals are not our responsibility.
12.3 We are not liable for consequential losses arising from programme delays.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 We shall exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence in providing services.
13.2 Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total fees paid for the services in question.
13.3 We shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits or revenue.
Loss of business opportunity.
Development or construction costs.
Planning refusal outcomes.
Indirect or consequential losses.
14. Professional Indemnity
Where applicable, services are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance, details of which are available upon request. Liability remains limited as per Clause 13.
15. Confidentiality
We will keep confidential all sensitive project information unless disclosure is required by law or agreed for marketing use.
16. Data Protection
We process personal and project data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. Data is used solely for project delivery and business administration.
17. Health & Safety (Survey Work)
17.1 The Client must ensure sites are safe and accessible.
17.2 We reserve the right to refuse or suspend surveys where conditions pose risk.
17.3 Additional charges may apply for aborted visits.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, equipment failure, strikes, or government restrictions.
19. Termination
19.1 Either party may terminate in writing.
19.2 The Client shall pay for all work completed up to termination.
19.3 Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
20. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of deliverable receipt. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
22. Acceptance
Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.
